Job summary
Ansell in Melaka is seeking a Maintenance Lead to guide shift and PM technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, uptime and safety. You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, coordinate resources, and drive continuous improvement to lower downtime and costs.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, has proven maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, and is proficient with CMMS/EAM, maintenance planning, and work order
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience leading maintenance technicians or teams in manufacturing.
- Proven track record in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Lead shift and PM technicians to execute daily maintenance activities.
- Minimize production downtime through effective breakdown response and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate resources, manpower, and work prioritization for production needs.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and ensure plant reliability targets are met.
- Ensure proper shift handover, work order closure, and thorough maintenance documentation.
- Lead RCFA and reliability improvement initiatives to reduce MTTR and MTBF.
