Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic / Electronics Engineering.
• 3–5 years of maintenance engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; team leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues promptly.
• Perform regular calibration and adjustments to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using the CMMS.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and procurement to ensure availability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and equipment upgrades.
• Provide training and technical support to production staff.
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to support goals.
