Job summary

PROTON is seeking a Lead Engineer, Engineering Quality (Aftermarket) to drive investigation and analysis of aftermarket quality issues and to coordinate cross-functional root-cause analyses. The role focuses on delivering weekly management reports and leading preventive actions.

The successful candidate will guide quality improvement initiatives, document lessons learned, and support KPI achievement for the R&D department in a dynamic automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive troubleshooting, vehicle diagnostics, or hardware/software quality engineering.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems, components, and automotive diagnostic methodologies.
• Familiarity with vehicle evaluation, NVH, EE, hardware/software, R&D, and integrated vehicle systems.
• Understanding of quality management systems, standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
