Jora Malaysia is seeking a technically capable engineer to support customers after-sales, perform on-site investigations, and coordinate with QA teams to identify root causes. You will reproduce issues, collect logs, and communicate findings clearly to both customers and internal teams.
The role requires a degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills in Malay and English, with reading and writing proficiency

Support communication with customers regarding after-sales issues, understand the failure phenomena of after-sales issues, conduct preliminary investigations into the issues, including on-site investigations at the problem site. Business trips may be required to support on-site investigations when necessary.
Support testing and reproducing issues on the customer's real vehicle and test bench, capture issue logs, create Jira tickets, describe the issues and upload the logs, and perform tasks such as welding and debugging interfaces when necessary.
Farizon support log analysis: On-site at the customer's location, assist R&D engineers in log analysis, search for relevant keywords, capture log screenshots, and postback to Jira.
Set up the test bench, build the test bench according to the product configuration, and process wiring harnesses and other tasks if necessary.
Preliminary determination of after-sales issues, conducting problem reproduction and ABA cross-test on the test bench to initially identify whether it is a problem with our product.
Support software upgrades for verification devices and conduct functional tests on new software.
Manage faulty parts and spare parts, support the receipt and forwarding of faulty parts, and forward the received faulty parts to China.
Assist China's quality management personnel in on-site handling of quality issues as required, including issue handling at contract manufacturers and customer sites.
Collaborate with China-based quality management personnel to interface with customers and support customers' audit work on Non-China contract manufacturers.
Preferably a Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Must have at least 3 years similar working experience
Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English; able to communicate, read and write in Mandarin.
Able to work independently and being a team player
Good problem solving methodologies, experience in conducting root cause analysis and utilizing tools like 8D reporting, 5 why and fishbone diagrams
