Job summary

Nexv Manufacturing Sdn Bhd – Senawang, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Quality Engineer to monitor, control and improve product quality in automotive manufacturing. The role focuses on ensuring products meet customer specifications, implementing QC plans, and supporting audits.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related) and may have 1–2 years of automotive experience, which is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field).
• Automotive background / experience is an added advantage (1 or 2 years).

Responsibilities

• Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor and control production quality processes.
• Implement and maintain quality control plans and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects.
• Work with suppliers to ensure incoming material quality.
• Support supplier audits and performance monitoring.
• Prepare quality reports, analysis, and documentation.
• Maintain records related to quality performance and audits.
• Support internal and external audits (IATF, ISO).
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards.
