Job summary

StarHub Ltd in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Lead CRM DevOps Engineer to own end-to-end DevOps strategy for CRM/OM platforms. You will design CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes (EKS) architecture, and govern AWS infrastructure to deliver reliable microservices with security and scalability.

You will define SLOs/SLIs, lead incident management, and drive observability using Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch while mentoring engineers and collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering with 2–3 years in leadership.
Strong Java/Spring Boot and microservices experience.
Hands-on with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS cloud.
Experience with IaC and observability tools.

Responsibilities

Lead DevOps strategy and act as escalation point for production issues.
Drive trunk-based development, automated testing, and release safety.
Design and operate multi-cluster Kubernetes on AWS EKS/OCP.
Govern cloud infra with Terraform/CloudFormation, ensuring security and cost control.
Apply SRE by defining SLOs/SLIs and leading incident RCA.
Ensure end-to-end reliability of CRM/OM integrations.
Establish observability using Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch.
Mentor engineers and contribute to architecture reviews and docs.
