Job summary

StarHub is seeking a Lead CRM DevOps Engineer to own end‑to‑end DevOps strategy for CRM/OM platforms on AWS EKS. You will drive platform reliability, release governance, and multi‑cluster Kubernetes design, partnering with engineering teams to enable faster, safer delivery.

You will establish SRE capabilities, implement trunk‑based development, and mentor engineers while ensuring scalable, secure operations across microservices and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands‑on DevOps/SRE experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong Java/Spring Boot background for microservices support.
• Deep knowledge of scalability, reliability, and production performance.
• Hands‑on Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and container orchestration experience.
• Experience with Terraform/CloudFormation and IaC practices.
• Proficiency in observability with Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive DevOps strategy and operating model for CRM/OM platforms and act as escalation point for major incidents.
• Lead trunk‑based development, automated testing, and release safety across microservices.
• Design and operate multi‑cluster Kubernetes platforms and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Govern infrastructure with IaC and ensure security, cost efficiency, and scalability.
• Apply SRE practices by defining SLOs/SLIs and leading incident management and RCA.
• Ensure end‑to‑end reliability of CRM and API integrations; establish observability standards.
• Mentor engineers, contribute to architecture reviews, and drive knowledge sharing.
