Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Biomedical, Nursing or related Science degree.
• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in medical device/pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 3+ years of training experience.
• Proficient in cardiology knowledge and training techniques.

We promise to walk alongside healthcare professionals to continue to make great contribution to society, now and into the future. **Summary of the Role**As the Senior Clinical Training Specialist for Terumo Interventional Systems (TIS) in Malaysia, you will develop and implement training and education strategies that strengthen clinical knowledge, product proficiency and procedural confidence among internal and external stakeholders. You will lead workshops, hands-on training sessions and simulation-based programs using Terumo training systems, while working closely with the TIS Business Manager, Regional Training team and Marketing team to ensure each program is aligned with business priorities and customer needs.You will be responsible for developing and executing the Training and Education Strategy in collaborative partnership with TIS business manager, Regional Training and Marketing teams to identify training needs and create tailored solutions. You will be expected to efficiently manage assigned training budgets to support business objectives. This includes the implementation and management of training programs for internal and external stakeholders. Besides, the job also evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments. You will keep training content up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.You will demonstrate growth mindset and drive continuous improvement to establish and enhance SOP – by collaborating with cross-functional and country teams for commercial excellence and ongoing processes to drive results. **Key Responsibilities****1. Execution of Training Programs*** To plan and organize training programs in coordination with the business needs and aligned with TIS Business Manager.* To support in marketing and promotion of new products* To send invites, program details and pre-work to the participants.* To ensure arrangements are made and communicated to the trainers/ speakers and internal/ external participants, in a timely manner, as per the requirements* To ensure end-to-end logistics management for the training programs* To collect feedback about the training conducted, in terms of content, infrastructure, trainer effectiveness, etc. **2. Planning and Process Development for Training*** Development of a framework and SOPs for education and training for internal and external participants.* To prepare the training plan and calendar* Developing Curriculum for Training & Education Programs* Plans for training budget* To improve and track effectiveness through feedback collected from participants, to identify and work on the areas of improvement**3. Development of the Country Education Network*** To build the CEN to improve the standards across SINMAL* Learning from Exchanges within and with region and bringing best practices to country* Evaluating Training innovations in similar industries and bringing best practices* Forging new partnerships with potential partners **4. Management & Improvement of Training Infrastructure*** Including the devices / machines, training materials, etc.* To provide requirements to business manager for procurement of devices, training models, consumables and other supplies* Maintenance of suitable Inventory Levels for smooth execution of training programs **5.
