Job summary

Terumo Asia Pacific in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Clinical Training Specialist to develop and implement training strategies that strengthen clinical knowledge, product proficiency and procedural confidence among internal and external stakeholders.

You will lead workshops, hands-on training sessions and simulation-based programs, manage training budgets and assess effectiveness while collaborating with Regional Training and Marketing teams to align with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Nursing or a relevant Science field.
• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in medical device/pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 3 years of training experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize training programs aligned with business needs.
• Support marketing and promotion of new products.
• Send invites, program details and pre-work to participants.
• Ensure end-to-end logistics for training programs and collect feedback.
• Develop SOPs and curricula for Education & Training programs.
