Job summary

Carro invites applications for a role based in Malaysia’s Shah Alam area, supporting its fast-growing pre-owned car platform. You will handle incoming leads, qualify customers, and drive test drives and virtual appointments.

The role involves precise ticket updates, timely follow-ups, and coordinating with Branch Managers to keep the sales process smooth. Fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of related experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Requires at least SPM/ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Fresh graduate or 1 year of working experience in related field or equivalent.
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office, Notepad and basic emailing.
• Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Attend incoming leads daily using the internal system and update ticket reasons.
• Qualify customers and convert to test drives or virtual appointments, generating opportunities to close sales.
• Assign appointments to Branch Manager daily with accurate information to minimise delays.
• Make recovery attempts (calls/WhatsApp) to re-engage unresponsive customers and maximize appointment opportunities.
• Send WhatsApp reminders 1 day before the appointment to improve show-up rates.
• Close tickets after all actions are completed for each lead.
