Job summary

Cycle & Carriage Malaysia is seeking a lead qualification specialist in Shah Alam to qualify inbound leads and coordinate sales appointments. You will engage prospects across online and offline channels, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with sales and marketing to improve campaign effectiveness.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in lead qualification or telesales, strong English and Malay skills, and a proactive, persuasive mindset to drive customer acquisition in a dynamic automotive

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree is required.
• 2–3 years direct experience in lead qualification, telemarketing or telesales are preferred.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
• English and Malay language proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential; persuasive and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads from various channels to ensure accuracy and sales readiness.
• Contact leads promptly to maximise response rates and reduce lead drop-off.
• Schedule and manage sales appointments with Sales Executives or dealerships.
• Update and maintain CRM records with customer and lead information.
• Conduct follow-up activities to improve contact and conversion rates.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience with professional communication.
