• Generate and capture leads in the funnel.
• Convert leads to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and report daily to supervisor/Branch Manager.
• Update customer information to build loyalty and support CRM initiatives.
• Ask for referrals from prospects.
• Log all prospective buyers including current customers and other sources.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to the sales process.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared for delivery.
• Handle payments and collections compliantly.
• Comply with motor trade regulations.
• Attend scheduled sales training.
• Understand competitor market penetration.
• Collaborate on pricing and discounts to maximise returns.
• Be familiar with vehicle range to answer questions.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to company policies.
• Perform showroom duties and keep the showroom tidy.
