Job summary

Carro, Southeast Asia's leading online automotive marketplace, is hiring a Sales Advisor in Kuala Lumpur to assist customers in selecting used vehicles, develop product knowledge, and convert inquiries into sales through consultation and relationship building.

You will follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins, arrange test drives, negotiate, and upsell financing and warranties while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and a showroom display that attracts

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in automotive sales preferred.
• Strong drive to achieve targets and earn commissions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and independent in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to conduct test drives.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right used vehicle based on needs and budget.
• Build strong product knowledge on Carro's vehicles, products, and services.
• Convert enquiries into sales through professional consultation and relationship building.
• Follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives.
• Negotiate sales and upsell financing, insurance, warranties, and accessories.
• Prepare and complete sales documentation accurately and promptly.
• Generate new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle preparation and delivery.
• Maintain showroom presentation and vehicle display readiness.
• Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
