Job summary

Carro is Malaysia’s fastest growing pre-owned car marketplace. This role handles incoming leads, converts prospects to test drives, and schedules appointments daily to drive sales. You will coordinate with Branch Managers and perform follow-ups to maximize conversion in a fast-paced team.

Fresh grads or 1 year of related experience are welcome; strong MS Office and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Candidates with at least SPM/diploma/bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates or 1 year in related field welcomed.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic email usage.
• Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend incoming leads daily via internal system and tickets.
• Convert qualified customers to test drives/virtual appointments.
• Generate appointments and create opportunities to sell.
• Assign appointments to Branch Manager and ensure timely info.
• Perform recovery calls/WhatsApp to maximize appointments.
• Send WhatsApp reminders one day before appointments.
• Close tickets once all actions are completed.
