Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping or logistics.
• Proven sales track record in logistics or freight sectors.
• Excellent English communication, reading and writing.
• Strong selling, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales from assigned territory or portfolio.
• Manage customers and act as focal contact point.
• Provide regular updates and weekly action reports to management.
• Formulate and execute sales plans to achieve targets.
• Build strong relationships between customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver first-class service.
• Upsell or cross-sell services to existing customers.
• Identify growth opportunities and inform management.
