Job summary

Shipco Transport Sdn Bhd (Malaysia) seeks a detail-oriented logistics coordinator to manage bookings, monitor shipments from confirmation to arrival, and coordinate with carriers and warehouses. The role focuses on prompt customer service and accurate documentation to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates will hold a relevant Diploma, with understanding of freight/logistics operations, and be capable of managing multiple shipments across locations in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries on booking confirmations and shipment follow-up until cargo arrival.
• Prepare bookings for customer cargoes.
• Coordinate booking arrangements and follow up container status with carriers.
• Liaise with warehouse/truckers for container status and schedule changes.
• Ensure all shipping documents are prepared within the required timeframe.
