Job summary

Shipco Transport Inc. is seeking a Senior LCL Export Coordinator to manage day-to-day export activities in Penang. You will liaise with carriers, warehouses, and customers, ensuring timely booking, container status updates, and accurate documentation, in line with SOPs.

The role requires at least a Diploma in a related field, English/Malay (Mandarin a plus), and 1 year of relevant experience in freight forwarding. Permanent full-time position with local stakeholders and potential career growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Business/Logistics required.
• Fluency in English, Malay; Mandarin helpful for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle local and overseas customer inquiries about rates.
• Respond to booking confirmations and shipment follow-ups until arrival.
• Coordinate bookings, container status with carriers and warehouse teams, ensure shipping documents are prepared on time.
