Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate in Learning & Development within Internal Firm Services. You will design, deliver and evaluate training programs, applying adult learning principles to bridge performance gaps and align with firm strategy.

You will manage end-to-end learning projects, collaborate with business leaders and providers, and use data analytics to measure impact, ensuring timely, high‑quality development initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Learning & Development, Consulting, Psychology, Accounting or External Audit.
• Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and stakeholders with quality and deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Understanding of adult learning theory, learning needs analysis, and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in identifying skills gaps to support business goals.
• Help implement L&D initiatives and evaluate learning solutions.
• Design programmes using action learning, self-directed, digital, and blended learning.
• Collaborate with providers to deliver bespoke training aligned to business needs.
• Deliver and facilitate learning solutions with support as needed.
• Assess effectiveness using analytics to drive insights and data-driven decisions.
• End-to-end management of learning solutions with project management experience.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting for learning activities.
• Drive process enhancements to improve efficiencies.
