SKS Group in Johor Bahru is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to design, implement and oversee training programmes that elevate employee skills, engagement and performance to fuel company growth.

You will assess needs with department heads, create varied delivery methods (classroom, online, on-the-job), manage budgets and vendors, oversee LMS usage, track effectiveness and report ROI to senior management.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education or a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in learning and development, training or a related HR function.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programmes.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training delivery platforms.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.

• Develop and deliver customised training programmes aligned with organisational objectives and employee development needs.
• Assess training requirements through consultations with department heads, managers and employees to identify skills gaps.
• Design learning strategies and training content utilising various delivery methods including classroom, online and on-the-job training.
• Manage training budgets, resources and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective delivery of learning initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through assessments, feedback and performance metrics.
• Create and maintain training documentation, materials and learning management systems.

• Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure alignment of learning and development strategies with overall HR policies.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices and emerging training methodologies.
• Report on training outcomes and ROI to senior management.
