Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking an Experienced Associate to join the Digital Learning team, blending learning design with creative production to deliver engaging e-learning and blended content. You will work with SMEs and engagement teams to translate business needs into digital learning solutions that enhance capability across the firm.

The role involves end-to-end video production, gamified learning, and using AI tools to enhance content.

Qualifications

Able to design and develop interactive digital learning content and engaging learner experiences.
Experience or strong interest in multimedia and creative production tools.
Able to visualize ideas and convert them into practical learning assets and experiences.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to align on learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging e-learning content using tools like Articulate 360.
Produce creative learning assets including videos and microlearning content.
Support end-to-end video production from concept to publishing for internal and external initiatives.
Deliver gamified and scenario-based learning across multiple formats and channels.
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs and manage timelines.
Manage digital upskilling programmes and support digital transformation initiatives.
