Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to lead end-to-end L&D activities, partnering with managers, HRBPs and training teams to identify capability gaps and design effective programs.

You will manage TNA, annual training planning, budgeting, compliance with HRDC requirements, and maintain training records, dashboards and evaluations to enhance employee capability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Education or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, training, HR or related field, preferably in manufacturing or operational environment.
• Experience in Training Needs Analysis, annual training planning, training coordination and training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the overall Learning & Development programs and activities for Ichor Malaysia, aligning with business needs.
• Identify gaps with managers and HRBPs and translate requirements into learning solutions.
• Lead the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process and develop the annual training plan.
• Develop and manage the annual L&D plan, calendar and budget.
• Coordinate with trainers and external providers to deliver programs.
• Monitor completion of mandatory and compliance training and follow up with managers.
• Maintain accurate training records and records of competency and development.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback, assessments and KPIs.
