Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate in Learning and Development within Internal Firm Services. The role focuses on delivering quality learning initiatives aligned with PwC strategy, sourcing instructors, and developing solutions across traditional and virtual classrooms.

The role involves end-to-end L&D management, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering data-driven outcomes while accommodating different time zones and night/early hours when necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation skills and ability to run engaging learning sessions.
• Experience designing and implementing learning solutions across traditional and virtual environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Execute the L&D agenda for the Assurance team by designing and implementing effective learning solutions.
• Support leaders in driving learning priorities and ensure compliance with QMSE, PCAOB, etc.
• Collaborate with xAC L&D CoE and US L&D to address business learning needs and troubleshoot issues.
