Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end training management, LMS administration, HRDC grant compliance and internship lifecycle coordination.

You will partner with Department Heads to align learning priorities with business needs, manage the LMS configuration, and ensure timely grant applications, assessments and policy support. This role drives capability development across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Identify competency gaps through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and performance data
• Source learning interventions across internal, public, in-house, and individual programmes
• Collaborate with Department Heads to develop annual learning plans and budgets
• Review learning priorities to align with business strategies and workforce needs
• Serve as the primary administrator of the Learning Management System (LMS) including user access, enrolments, and certifications
• Upload and maintain learning content such as videos, e-learning modules, quizzes, SOPs and knowledge resources
• Troubleshoot LMS issues and coordinate with vendors for enhancements and support
• Act as PIC for HRDC grant applications and claims ensuring policy compliance and audits
• Manage end-to-end internship lifecycle from sourcing to reporting
• Support development and periodic review of Learning & Development policies and guidelines
