Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an L&D Assistant Manager to design, implement, and manage learning initiatives that boost employees’ skills and performance. The role includes identifying training needs, coordinating programs, and evaluating effectiveness.

You will manage the LMS, support career development initiatives, and collaborate with Operations, HRBPs, and SMEs to align programs with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Retail Learning & Development experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update training materials and OJT tools.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
• Coordinate training schedules, enrolment, attendance, and logistics.
• Manage HRDC portal, training grants, submissions, and compliance.
• Monitor post-training effectiveness and prepare training reports.
