Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Training Operations to oversee end-to-end training program administration, vendor relations, and the use of training grants and levies.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized with a solid understanding of procurement and billing processes, plus meticulous data tracking and reporting capabilities. You will coordinate training logistics, attendance, and e-learning progress to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using Google Suite and other relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Training logistics: handle quotations, tracking, paperwork and all coordination for smooth execution.
• Database management: maintain attendance lists and training evaluation records.
• E-learning management: track progress, generate compliance reports and keep LMS updates current.
• Grant, levy & procurement: monitor HRD Corp levy usage, oversee grant applications and claims processing.
• Vendor & finance liaison: coordinate with vendors for quotes, billing and procurement following internal finance guidelines.
