Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources Executive to identify training needs, design and implement effective training programs, and evaluate their outcomes to drive organization performance.

The role includes learning & development, program development, delivery, evaluation, talent development, compliance, and TVET coordination, with responsibilities for onboarding, internship placement and foreign workers management.

Qualifications

• Identify skill gaps and training requirements across departments.
• Design, develop and implement onboarding, technical, soft skills, leadership and compliance training.
• Facilitate in-house trainings and coordinate external providers.
• Assess program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support career development, succession planning and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Identify skill gaps and training needs across departments.
• Develop and deliver training programs including onboarding, technical and leadership.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report outcomes.
• Coordinate TVET programs and HRD grant applications.
• Oversee onboarding and internship placement.
