Job summary

Intretech Malaysia is seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Officer to join our HR team in a manufacturing environment. You will plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate employee learning programmes across the organization, working with department managers, trainers and external providers to ensure training is aligned with quality, safety and operational goals.

The role requires 1–2 years in L&D or training, a diploma or degree in a related field, and experience with HRD Corp processes and LMS

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Education, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, training or technical training, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with HRD Corp processes, training grants and training provider engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis through competency assessments and manager discussions.
• Develop and maintain annual training plans, calendars and schedules.
• Coordinate and lead internal training activities and onboarding programmes.
• Design, prepare and deliver training modules where required.
• Manage training documentation, assessments and records for audit/compliance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports for management; support LMS/e-learning initiatives.
