Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of relevant working experience.
• Working knowledge of HRD Corp e-TRiS system.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Canva.
• Basic understanding of instructional design and adult learning.
• Knowledge of HRD Corp grant submissions, claims, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage HRD Corp e-TRiS portal end-to-end, including grants and claims.
• Coordinate internal and external training logistics and materials.
• Maintain centralized training records and digital repositories.
• Support onboarding and engagement of training providers.
• Assist in post-training reporting and analytics.
