Job summary

Hong Leong Industries Berhad is seeking an Executive, Learning & Development to provide end-to-end administrative support for the annual training plan. You will oversee HRD Corp e-TRiS administration, training logistics, and records management while ensuring compliance and timely claims.

You will coordinate onboarding, vendor quotations, and post-training reporting, working closely with the Learning & Development Manager to drive effective learning initiatives across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 1+ year of relevant experience in learning & development/HR admin.
• Experience with HRD Corp e-TRiS system and learning operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage HRD Corp e-TRiS portal and grant submissions.
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external training programmes.
• Maintain centralized training records and digital repositories.
• Support onboarding and liaise with external training providers.
• Assist in post-training reporting and learning initiatives.
