Job summary

Intretech Malaysia seeks a Learning & Development (L&D) Officer to join our Human Resources team. You will plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate employee learning programmes across the organisation.

You will work with department managers, trainers and external providers to ensure training aligns with business, quality and HSE requirements, while fostering employee development in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR/education/engineering or business-related field.
• 1–2 years of learning & development experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with HRD Corp processes and training grants.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver employee training programs.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports for audits.
• Coordinate external training and LMS/e-learning initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Support HRD Corp grants applications and related documentation.
• Engage with stakeholders and ensure alignment with quality and HSE requirements.
