Job summary

Hong Leong Industries Berhad is seeking an Executive, Learning & Development to provide end-to-end administration and operational support for the annual training plan. The role ensures smooth training operations, HRD Corp compliance, and orderly training records.

You will manage the HRD Corp e-TRiS portal, coordinate training logistics, maintain records, support onboarding, and assist in post-training reporting with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience in HRD Corp processes or similar compliance is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Canva).
• Strong data tracking and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage HRD Corp e-TRiS portal, grant applications, and claims processing.
• Coordinate logistical arrangements for training programmes and venue bookings.
• Maintain a centralized training database and organized documentation.
• Support onboarding; liaise with external training providers and obtain quotations.
• Assist in compiling post-training reports and learning initiatives.
