Job summary

The role involves managing the HRD Corp e-TRiS portal, coordinating venue and trainer logistics, and maintaining accurate training records. A Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience are required, with strong Excel and PowerPoint/Canva skills expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of HRD Corp e-TRiS system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint/Canva.
• Basic understanding of instructional design, adult learning theory, and blended learning approaches.
• Knowledge of HRD Corp grant submissions, claims processes, and compliance requirements.
• Strong data tracking and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage HRD Corp e-TRiS portal end-to-end, including grant applications and claims submission.
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external training programmes.
• Maintain centralized training records and ensure proper filing in digital repositories.
• Support onboarding of new training providers and supplier quotations.
• Assist in compiling post-training reports and program effectiveness analyses.
