Manpower Staffing Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to oversee and grow strategic accounts across manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, logistics, and warehouse sectors in Penang.

You will manage key client relationships and coordinate with recruitment and operations teams on large-scale hiring projects. The role requires 5-7+ years in staffing or account management, with proven success in managing strategic accounts and high-volume hiring.

Competenze

• Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, workforce solutions, or account management.
• Experience managing strategic client accounts and high-volume hiring projects.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, logistics, or warehouse clients is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
