Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a capable Account Manager to oversee B2B client relationships in Penang. You will drive product introduction projects and ensure coordination across engineering, business development, and supply chain teams to deliver value.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in account management or project coordination, with a background in manufacturing or electronics. Strong MS Excel/PowerPoint and CRM skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or customer service.
• Background in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or protective packaging industries.
• Ability to read technical drawings and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
• Good communication skills with ability to manage regional projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end B2B client accounts and build strong long-term relationships.
• Coordinate new product introductions with engineering and business development teams.
• Monitor client demand forecasts and track deliveries with production and supply chain teams.
• Resolve quality issues and complaints by working closely with internal quality units.
• Support business development by identifying upselling and expansion opportunities with existing clients.
