AERTiCKET Global Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time Travel Consultant. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or someone just out of school seeking quality career experience, with opportunities for career advancement.

You will join a 24/7 support center handling reservations and inquiries, acting as the contact point for customers, travel agents and corporate accounts, and assisting in managing bookings with a focus on accuracy and timely responses.

Responsabilités

• To handle all enquiries from customers - direct customers, (global) travel agents and corporate accounts - from all varied communication platforms.
• Maintain that all calls/emails are answered both promptly and efficiently.
• Responsible for all processes of customer's booking.
• To cancel and/or amend reservations at customer’s request and ensure details are correct and communicated before processing.
• Able to work on shift rotations.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to work in a team.
• Knowledge of GDS, other travel platforms and administration systems an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in service or similar service industry will be added advantage for this position.
• Required Language (s): English (Fluent spoken/written is a must)
