Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Junior Call Center Agent to be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring each interaction is positive and productive.

You will listen to customers, understand their needs, and help solve their problems with a focus on quick, professional resolution. Training is provided, with OT pay and shift allowances to support rotating schedules in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Secondary School / O Level / UEC or equivalent.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur.
• Open to rotational shift arrangements (including night shifts, weekends and public holidays).
