Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Helpdesk (System Administrator) to provide technical support and maintain IT infrastructure. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach to IT support.

Salary RM 2,800 – RM 3,500 (Basic) + RM 200 Transportation Allowance; Location PJ Trade Centre, Damansara Perdana. Working hours 9:00am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday, follow Singapore calendar.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, software, and user access issues.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user incidents via remote and on-site support.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
• Monitor and maintain servers, network devices, backups, and IT infrastructure.
• Perform system updates, patch management, and routine maintenance.
• Install, configure, and support PCs, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Record, track, and follow up on support tickets for timely resolution.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and support security compliance requirements.
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
