Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Customer Support Executive to assist customers of a world-leading video streaming platform via phone, chat, and email. Location is KL Sentral, with rotating shifts and 2 off days per week.

The role offers a basic salary of RM3,100 plus KPI incentive up to RM280 and a shift allowance up to RM300. Training provided and clear career growth opportunities in a global working environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Windows OS).
• Ability to work in a rotational shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to subscriptions, billing, account access, and streaming services.
• Troubleshoot issues such as login problems, password resets, and device connectivity.
• Provide professional and timely support through phone, chat, and email.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
