Job summary
Jora Malaysia is hiring for an English Customer Service - Entry level (Telco). You will provide exceptional support via inbound calls, monitor inquiries across platforms, and assist with administrative tasks. Training is paid; after training, typical base pay is RM2300 with KPI incentives and night shift allowances.
The role operates on a 24-hour shift rotation, with 9.5 hours per day and weekends included. Fresh graduates are welcome.
