Job summary

JIN SHUN FATT TRADING SDN BHD is seeking a customer service and sales support professional to handle inquiries via WhatsApp, phone and walk-ins. You will communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia, understand customer needs, prepare quotations, and coordinate with sales, purchasing and installation teams.

The role involves site measurements coordination, following up on quotations, maintaining customer records, and assisting in achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin an advantage.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple customer interactions.
• Experience in sales/customer service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone and walk-ins
• Communicate with customers in English/Bahasa Malaysia
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Coordinate site measurement appointments
• Follow up with customers on quotations and sales enquiries
• Maintain customer records and follow-up status
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing and installation teams
• Assist with order confirmation and customer updates
• Handle basic after-sales enquiries and coordinate with relevant team members
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
• Assist in achieving sales targets where applicable
• Friendly and confident when communicating with customers
• Able to respond promptly to enquiries
• Good follow-up skills - don't wait for customers to chase you
• Able to understand customer needs and explain products clearly
• Comfortable handling several customers/tasks at the same time
• Proactive and willing to take initiative
• Able to work independently after training
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused
• Must Have: Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic computer applications

• Willing to learn about aluminium doors, windows and related products
• Positive attitude and responsible working style
• Sales/customer service experience is an advantage
• Preferred: 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience
• Experience in renovation, construction, aluminium, windows, doors or building materials
• Comfortable dealing with homeowners, contractors or designers
• Possess own transport / willing to travel for occasional site visits
