Job summary

ACAD SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. seeks a proactive sales support specialist to join our Batu Kawan, Penang team. You will maintain strong customer relationships through after-sales service and actively pursue new opportunities via calls and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of CAD/design software is advantageous.

• Fluent in English; Mandarin/Chinese and Bahasa Melayu beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing customers through after-sales service and follow-ups.

Job description

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through excellent after-sales service and regular follow-up.

Process customers' purchase orders and liaise with principals and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs, specifications, and project requirements.

Develop and maintain an effective sales pipeline to accurately track and manage sales opportunities throughout the purchasing process.

Follow up on sales enquiries received through website chats, emails, phone calls, and other inbound channels.

Provide basic product guidance and support to customers, particularly in relation to CAD, 3D design, rendering, and interior design solutions.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities, customer engagement, and lead generation

Must be willing to work in Batu Kawan, Penang.

Requirements

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Candidates with a background in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Design, or related fields are highly encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge or experience in interior design, space planning, 3D modelling, rendering, or related design work will be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of CAD/design software such as AutoCAD, BricsCAD, GstarCAD, SketchUp, Vectorworks, Archicad, Inventor, Lumion, or other similar software.

Strong interest in design software, technology, and digital solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and respond quickly and professionally.

Comfortable and confident communicating with customers over the telephone.

Good negotiation, problem-solving, and customer complaint-handling skills.

Proficient in English, with good communication skills in Mandarin/Chinese and Bahasa Melayu.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
