Job summary

ALLMILMO KITCHEN DESIGN is seeking a Sales Consultant to understand customer needs and promote kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and full-home customization products. You will provide suitable design solutions and independently manage quotes, negotiations, and closing orders.

Expect involvement in exhibitions and active development of new customers with strong communication and service mindset. Candidates should have at least SPM/ Diploma/ Degree with 2 years in Sales.

What we want you to do?

Attend to customers and understand their needs in detail.

Introduce and promote kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and full-home customization products.

Provide suitable design and customization solutions based on customer requirements.

Independently handle customer follow-ups, quotations, negotiations, and order closing.

Participate in exhibitions organized by the company, including welcoming customers and introducing products on-site.

Develop new customers and expand sales channels.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and after-sales follow-ups.

What we need from you:

Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent in related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Sales Consultant roles.

Experience in home furnishing, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, interior design, or related industries is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Able to independently follow up with customers and effectively handle customer needs and enquiries.

Target-oriented and able to achieve the sales targets set by the company.

Willing to participate in exhibitions and related activities as arranged by the company.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage.

Willing to work 6 days per week
