Job summary

MXP TEST SDN. BHD., a Penang-based distributor of test and measurement equipment, is seeking an Order Processor to own the end-to-end order cycle—from PO receipt to delivery.

You will collaborate with our sales engineers who prepare quotations to ensure accurate processing and timely shipments. This on-site role in Bayan Lepas requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Logistics or related field, strong English, and solid Excel/Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; up to 2 years' experience in order processing, sales admin or logistics is an advantage
• Good Excel skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Good written and spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an advantage
• Careful, detail-oriented, and able to work to deadlines
• Able to work on-site in Bayan Lepas

Responsibilities

• Check customer purchase orders against the approved quotation (items, price, terms)
• Create sales orders and issue invoices in SQL Account
• Place purchase orders with principals and suppliers, and track order confirmations
• Follow up on supplier lead times and update sales engineers and customers on order status
• Coordinate shipments with forwarders and prepare import documents (customs forms, packing list, commercial invoice)
• Arrange delivery to customers, and obtain signed delivery orders
• Keep the PO tracker and order records up to date
• Handle order and delivery enquiries from customers and suppliers by email and phone

We are a Penang-based distributor of test and measurement equipment. We are a small, close team where you will learn the business from the ground up.

Role summary

You will own the order process from the moment a customer's purchase order is received until the goods are delivered. You will work closely with our sales engineers, who prepare the quotations, and make sure every order is processed accurately and delivered on time.

Responsibilities

Check customer purchase orders against the approved quotation (items, price, terms)

Create sales orders and issue invoices in SQL Account

Place purchase orders with principals and suppliers, and track order confirmations
