• Strong curiosity and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn a new tool.

Responsibilities

• Build and experiment by converting ideas into quick prototypes and workflows.
• Automate repetitive tasks using AI, APIs, n8n, or similar tools.
• Explore new AI models and automation platforms to find practical use cases.
• Prototype to product: test ideas with users and turn successful prototypes into solutions.
• Work with teams to identify opportunities to improve speed, accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide ongoing product support and troubleshoot automations.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who enjoys building, experimenting and finding smarter ways to get things done.

You will explore how AI and automation can improve everyday business processes, then turn those ideas into working prototypes, tools and workflows.

Projects may include AI assistants, WhatsApp / Telegram bots, internal tools, automated reporting, workflow automation and AI-powered features.

This role is a good fit for someone who likes to learn by building and wants to see their ideas become something people actually use.

Key Responsibilities

Build & Experiment
Turn ideas and business problems into quick prototypes, workflows and working tools using AI and automation.

Workflow Automation
Find repetitive or manual tasks and develop ways to automate them using AI, APIs, n8n or other suitable tools.

AI Tool Exploration
Experiment with new AI models, coding tools and automation platforms to discover practical use cases.

Prototype to Product
Test ideas with users, improve what works and help turn successful prototypes into usable internal or client-facing solutions.

Business Improvement
Work with different teams to understand how they work and identify opportunities to improve speed, accuracy and efficiency.

Product Support
Monitor existing automations, troubleshoot issues and continuously improve the solutions you build.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Technology or related fields.

Fresh graduates and junior candidates are welcome if you have personal projects, AI experiments or hands‑on experience building something on your own.

Comfortable using AI coding and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Replit or similar platforms.

Strong curiosity and problem‑solving skills with the ability to learn a new tool and figure out how to make it work.

Candidates from software development, automation, product, IT support or technical project backgrounds are welcome.
