Job summary

Luckin Coffee Malaysia is seeking an AI Solutions Specialist to drive practical adoption of generative AI across the organization. You will work with business units to identify workflow challenges, design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered automations, and connect large language models with internal systems to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in AI and automation, software development, data engineering, or IT solutions delivery.
• Hands-on experience using and integrating language models for practical business applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with different business units to identify workflow challenges that can be solved or improved using AI.
• Design, prototype, test, and deploy AI-powered automations for practical business use cases.
• Build and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations connecting language models with internal systems, tools, and data sources.
• Integrate LLM APIs with internal platforms through APIs, webhooks, or MCP servers.
• Develop prompt-engineering standards, templates, and reusable prompt libraries.
• Prepare user guides, SOPs, and training materials for internal AI tools.
• Conduct onboarding and provide ongoing support to end users.
• Monitor AI-tool usage, cost, reliability, and performance, and recommend improvements.
• Keep up with emerging AI technologies and assess their suitability for the business.
• Support responsible and secure AI adoption by following internal data-security and governance requirements.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in AI and automation, software development, data engineering, or IT solutions delivery.
• Hands‑on experience using and integrating language models for practical business applications.
• Understanding of MCP or similar frameworks that connect AI models with external tools and data sources.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and system integration concepts.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, spreadsheets, and structured or unstructured data.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Self-driven, curious, and comfortable working with multiple departments and stakeholders.
