We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer who doesn't just understand AI — but knows how to put it to real use. This is not a research role. You'll be building, deploying, and improving AI-powered systems that solve real business problems for real clients.

What You'll Do

• Design and deploy: AI agents, chatbots, and automation workflows for SME clients across Malaysia.
• Integrate AI tools: (LLMs, voice agents, RAG pipelines) into CRM platforms and business systems.
• Build and maintain: Knowledge bases, prompt templates, and AI training datasets.
• Work closely with delivery: Turn client briefs into working AI solutions — fast.
• Test and evaluate: Continuously improve AI outputs for accuracy, tone, and performance.
• Identify opportunities: Automate repetitive tasks and create measurable value for clients.
• Stay up to date: Keep up with the latest AI tools and bring the best ones to the team.

What We're Looking For

• AI Foundations: Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)
• Automation Tools: Hands‑on experience with automation tools like Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar
• Integration Skills: Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and integrating AI into third‑party platforms
• Communication: Strong communicator who can explain technical ideas to non‑technical clients
• Ownership Mindset: Self‑starter who takes ownership and follows through
