Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business IT, Business Analytics, Project Management or related fields.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in Project Coordination, Business Analysis, IT Consulting, SaaS, Technology, Key Account Management or similar roles are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin to deal with multilingual clients.
• Interested in AI, automation, technology or digital transformation and willing to learn new tools.
• Able to understand a business process, identify problems and explain information clearly.

• Understand Business Needs: Join discussions with clients or internal teams to understand their processes, problems and what they want to achieve.
• Explore AI Solutions: Learn how AI, AI agents and automation can be used to solve different business problems.
• Map & Document: Help map workflows, document requirements and turn business needs into clear solution ideas for the AI team.
• Build Prototypes: Use AI tools and AI-assisted development platforms to create simple workflows, prototypes or POCs and test different ideas.
• Work with AI Engineers: Coordinate with the technical team to explain requirements, clarify changes and keep projects moving.
• Testing & Improvement: Help test solutions, collect user feedback and work with the team to improve the final solution.

About the Role

We are looking for a curious and proactive AI Solutions Executive to join our AI team.

You will learn how businesses can use AI, automation and AI agents to improve their daily processes, then work with our AI Engineers to turn these ideas into working solutions.

You do not need to be an AI expert or a strong programmer.

The key is being able to understand a problem, ask the right questions, organise information and work with the technical team to find a solution.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates and junior candidates who want to build a career in AI, technology, business solutions or digital transformation.

What You’ll Do

Understand Business Needs
