At Aurorise AI, we help Malaysian and Singaporean businesses grow smarter using AI automation — from dental clinics to automotive dealerships, hospitality groups, and everything in between. We're looking for a CRM & AI Automation Specialist who's comfortable living inside systems all day — CRMs, automations, AI tools — and just as comfortable on a client call making sure everything actually works for them. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role. You won't just be building in the backend; you'll be the person clients trust to get their systems running and keep them running.

What You’ll Do

1. Set up and manage: CRM pipelines, workflows, and automations for SME clients across multiple industries.
2. Build chatbots: Maintain AI chatbots and automated client journeys inside our CRM platform.
3. Integrate tools: Connect CRM systems with calendars, WhatsApp, payment systems, and third‑party apps using Make.com.
4. Client fulfillment: Handle day‑to‑day onboarding, system setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
5. Join client calls: Understand requirements, explain solutions in simple terms, and manage expectations.
6. Test and refine: Ensure automations and AI tools perform accurately and reliably.
7. Spot opportunities: Proactively suggest fixes or upgrades to improve a client's systems.
8. Document systems: Keep clear documentation of every system you build for easy handover and maintenance.

What We’re Looking For

CRM Experience: 1–2 years of experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)

Automation Skills: Hands‑on experience building automations (Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or native CRM builders)

AI Tool Usage: Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Codex) to speed up building, debugging, and problem‑solving

Client Handling: Comfortable speaking with clients, managing expectations, and solving problems calmly

Detail‑Oriented: Organized and able to catch errors before the client does, managing multiple accounts

Communication: Good written and spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a strong plus

Good To Have

• Experience in an agency or fast‑paced SME environment
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API or similar integrations
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing pages or funnel tweaks
• Prior client‑facing role (account management, customer success, implementation, or support)
• Ownership mindset — treat client systems like your own
• Calm under pressure — stay steady and fix things when they break
• Curious and self‑taught — learn new tools proactively
• Clear communicator — explain technical things simply

Qualifications & Offers
