Job summary

MHA Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd is hiring a Business Solutions Consultant (Ai & IT Consulting) to bridge clients with our AI engineers. You will understand business processes, identify AI opportunities, translate requirements into designs and guide rapid prototype development using Agentic AI tools.

Role requires experience in IT/tech consulting, strong communication and the ability to translate workflows into actionable requirements.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, IT Consulting, SaaS or Technical Project Management is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with confidence in working with business clients.
• Able to understand business workflows and translate them into clear requirements.
• Familiar with AI tools, LLMs, automation or AI-assisted development is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Client Discovery: Meet clients, understand their business processes, pain points and desired outcomes.
• AI Solution Design: Map workflows and translate business needs into practical AI, Agentic AI and automation solutions.
• Rapid Prototyping: Use AI tools and rapid development methods to create workflow designs, prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
• Project Coordination: Work with AI Engineers to align requirements, scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Testing & Delivery: Coordinate UAT, gather client feedback and ensure the final solution meets agreed requirements.
• Client Communication: Explain AI solutions clearly to clients and align expectations throughout the project.

Salary: Basic salary from 4k onwards + Monthly Performance Bonus + Year-End Bonus + Flexi Claim

About the Role

Join our AI implementation team as the bridge between clients and AI Engineers.

You will understand business processes, identify AI and automation opportunities, translate requirements into solution designs and work with the development team to ensure the right solution is delivered.

The role involves using Agentic AI and AI-assisted development tools to quickly build workflows, prototypes and proof-of-concepts before moving them into development.

Key Responsibilities

Client Discovery
Meet clients, understand their business processes, pain points and desired outcomes.

AI Solution Design
Map workflows and translate business needs into practical AI, Agentic AI and automation solutions.

Rapid Prototyping
Use AI tools and rapid development methods to create workflow designs, prototypes and proof-of-concepts.

Project Coordination
Work with AI Engineers to align requirements, scope, timelines and deliverables.

Testing & Delivery
Coordinate UAT, gather client feedback and ensure the final solution meets agreed requirements.

Client Communication
Explain AI solutions clearly to clients and align expectations throughout the project.

Requirements

Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Key Account Managers and Business Consultants from the IT / Technology industry are welcome to apply.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, IT Consulting, SaaS or Technical Project Management is an advantage.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with confidence in working with business clients.

Able to understand business workflows and translate them into clear requirements.

Familiar with AI tools, LLMs, automation or AI-assisted development is an advantage.

Experience with Miro, Figma, Visio, BPMN or similar workflow and prototyping tools is a plus.
