Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking an AI & Automation Intern to work on live automations using the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Dataverse) and AI assistants like Claude and Copilot. You’ll transform vague processes into clear steps and document solutions.

You will receive mentorship from the Automation and Innovation team, work on real projects used by internal teams, and gain hands-on enterprise AI deployment experience in a multicultural setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking; ability to structure vague problems into steps and conditions.
• Hands-on familiarity with at least one automation tool (Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Practical experience using AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve problems.
• Comfortable with Excel beyond the basics (formulas, lookups, pivot tables).
• Good written and spoken English for documentation and communication.
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to ask questions when unclear.
• Able to commit to the full 6 months onsite.

Responsibilities

• Map and document existing manual processes with process owners and identify automation opportunities.
• Build, test, and deploy automations using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint lists.
• Use AI tools to draft logic, generate expressions, troubleshoot errors, and produce documentation.
• Handle error scenarios with retries and notifications; cover edge cases beyond happy paths.
• Write clear work instructions and concise training material for business use.
• Track impact of automations (hours saved, error rate, turnaround time) and report it.
• Support broader Innovation and Automation backlog with research and small internal projects.

Join TP's Digital Services & Transformation team as an AI & Automation Intern. You'll build real automations that go live and save real hours - not shadow projects. Your main toolkit is the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Dataverse), paired with AI assistants like Claude and Copilot to accelerate how you design, build, and document solutions.

We care far more about how you think than what you've already memorized. If you can break a messy manual process into clear logical steps, you'll do well here.

Nice to have (not required)

• • Any scripting experience: Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or Office Scripts
  • Basic SQL or Dataverse/SharePoint data modelling
  • Exposure to Power BI, Microsoft Forms, or Graph API
  • Any Microsoft certification (PL-900, PL-100, PL-500, AI-900) or an RPA vendor certification
  • A GitHub, portfolio, or even a short write-up of something you automated for yourself
